Une assurance additionnelle pour ce mariage

Les registres de la St. Michael's Anglican Church de Terrebonne pour le 20 octobre 1910 font état de l'acte de mariage suivant :              

«Marriage    Covernton - Moody 

William Hamilton Covernton, of the city of Hamilton, County of Wentworth, province of Ontario, representing the Bell Telephone Co, son of Carleton John Covernton and of Mina Elizabeth (Stevenson) his wife, and Stella, of the Town of Terrebonne, County of Terrebonne, province of Quebec, Spinster, daughter of Henry Moody and of Mary Jane (Rodgers) his wife, were married by authority of license on the twentieth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten, in St. Michaels' Church, Terrebonne in the presence of the undersigned, by me
A.C. Ascah.
This marriage was duly solemnized between us.

Witnesses :   H.R. Moody
                     A.M. Moody». 

Dans les registres autres que catholiques, il est rare de rencontrer dans un acte de mariage la mention placée avant la signature des époux.
