Les registres de l'Anglican Cathedral Holy Trinity Church de Québec pour le 29 septembre 1800 font état de l'acte de sépulture suivant : 

«Parks Buried 

Samuel Parks, Corporal in His Majesty's Sixth Regiment of Foot, aged thirty two years, was executed for murder, September the twenty ninth, and was buried the same day, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred.
